Today was a quiet day for kidney research. One preprint review came through, looking at a new class of blood thinner designed to cut clotting without raising bleeding risk. Clotting and bleeding both matter a lot in kidney disease, so this is worth watching over time. But the work is early, unreviewed, and has not included kidney patients, so treat it as a idea being explored rather than news you can act on.
